Attire

In honor of the 20th Anniversary of STARS Dancing for HEALS, this year's event will be a Black Tie Gala. This is a special distinction for our milestone celebration and is unique to this year's event.

Black tie traditionally means: Gentlemen: A tuxedo is preferred. A dark formal suit with a black tie is also appropriate if a tuxedo is not available.

Ladies: A floor-length gown is traditional, although an elegant cocktail-length dress or sophisticated evening attire is also perfectly appropriate.

While we're embracing a more formal evening, we still encourage you to have fun with your attire! STARS has always celebrated personality and creativity, so don't be afraid to incorporate a little sparkle, sequins, bold color, interesting textures, or elegant embellishments that reflect your style.

Most importantly, choose something you feel confident in and can comfortably dance in. You will be on stage, under the lights, and celebrating an unforgettable evening. We want you to look and feel your very best!

Food & Beverage

In celebration of the 20th Anniversary of STARS Dancing for HEALS, we're elevating the evening with a plated dinner, a first in the event's history.

Dinner will be served promptly at 6:00 p.m., followed by the start of the show at 6:30 p.m. We encourage guests to arrive early so they can enjoy the cocktail hour, find their seats, and be ready for an unforgettable evening.

Following dinner, guests will also enjoy our signature dessert bar featuring a variety of sweet treats.

Our popular beverage experiences will return as well, including a wine and cocktail bar, bourbon bar, and additional beverage selections throughout the evening.

We look forward to treating you to an exceptional dining experience while celebrating 20 years of changing children's lives through HEALS.

Parking

Parking at the VBC is $15. Each area offers accessible parking.

Please give yourself enough time to find parking, especially when there are typically multiple events taking place downtown.
